Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Rimbai ("the Service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Rimbai is

Rimbai provides access to third-party generative AI models (text, image, video, audio) through a studio interface. All output is generated automatically by AI models in response to prompts, settings and inputs that you provide and direct. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not pre-screen, endorse, or verify generated output.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

3. Your responsibility for generated content

You are solely and fully responsible for everything you generate, prompt, upload, store, download, publish, or distribute using the Service. Because output is produced at your direction, you are the author and operator of that content. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Rimbai bears no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any content you generate with the Service, or for any use, misuse, publication, or consequence of that content.
• You assume all risk and all legal, civil, and criminal responsibility for your prompts and outputs and for ensuring they are lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Rimbai is a neutral tool provider; the model providers, not Rimbai, produce the output.

4. Compliance with Indonesian law

Although Rimbai applies minimal content restrictions, you must comply with all applicable laws of the Republic of Indonesia. You must not create, store, or distribute content that is prohibited under, among others:

• UU No. 1 Tahun 2024 (Second Amendment to UU No. 11 Tahun 2008, as amended by UU No. 19 Tahun 2016) on Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE) — including content violating public decency/morality (kesusilaan), defamation (pencemaran nama baik), hate speech against individuals or groups (SARA), threats or extortion, gambling, and hoaxes.
• UU No. 44 Tahun 2008 on Pornography (Pornografi).
• UU No. 1 Tahun 2023 on the Criminal Code (KUHP) and other applicable criminal law.
• UU No. 27 Tahun 2022 on Personal Data Protection (PDP) — you must not generate or process other people's personal data, likeness, or deepfakes without a lawful basis or consent.
• UU No. 28 Tahun 2014 on Copyright (Hak Cipta) and related intellectual-property rights.
• UU No. 35 Tahun 2014 jo. UU No. 23 Tahun 2002 on Child Protection (Perlindungan Anak).

5. Absolute prohibitions (legal floor)

Regardless of the "uncensored" nature of the Service, the following are strictly forbidden and enforced without exception:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualization of minors, in any form.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfakes of real, identifiable people.
• Any content or use that is unlawful under the laws referenced in Section 4.

Violations result in immediate account termination without refund and may be reported to the authorities, with cooperation as required by law.

6. Intellectual property

As between you and Rimbai, you own the output you generate, to the extent ownership is permitted by applicable law. You are solely responsible for ensuring your prompts and outputs do not infringe the intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights of third parties.

7. Privacy & data

Your prompts, chats, and generated media are stored locally in your browser and are not retained on our servers. We store only your account, credit balance, and content-free usage records, handled in accordance with UU No. 27 Tahun 2022 (PDP). See our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for backing up your own data.

8. Credits & payment

Paid features use a credit system. Credits and completed generations are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by mandatory consumer-protection law. Subscriptions grant a periodic credit allowance and renew for the selected period until cancelled.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rimbai and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for any loss arising from generated content or your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rimbai and its operators from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including legal fees) arising out of your prompts, your generated content, or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.

11. Suspension & changes

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Indonesia.
